Hello from MrBillDoesMath!

Answer:

- 2/3 sqrt(3)

Discussion:

8 = 4 * 2

6 = 3 * 2

so

sqrt(8)/sqrt(6) =

(2* sqrt(2) )  /  (sqrt(2) * sqrt(3))   =>     (cancel sqrt(2) from num and denom)

2/sqrt(3) =                                            (multiply num and denom by sqrt(3)

2* (sqrt(3)) / 3

= 2/3 sqrt(3)

Don't forget to add the minus sign shown in the problem statement!

Thank you,

MrB
