A woman who has given birth to two or more children is described as multigravida. It is a term that used in the medical field especially by midwives, doctors and nurses.  The word "gravida" refers to pregnancy. When a woman has never been pregnant then she is termed as nulligravida. When pregnant for the very first time, then she is called as primigravida. When pregnant for the second time and times after that, she is termed as multigravida.
