A rectangle has a length of 4 centimeters and a width of 7 centimeters. What is the effect on the perimeter when the dimensions are multiplied by 5?

the perimeter would be 5 times larger when the length and width are multiplied by 5

The effect on the perimeter is that it will also be multiplied by 5. The perimeter is 22, but when dimensions are multiplied by five it becomes 110.
