Key provisions included Habeas Corpus, the right to due process. Another was that bailiffs could not appropriate possessions. Another was that cities were given the right to collect customs. Another was that inheritances were guaranteed to people if they paid taxes on it. Importantly, the kind was under the rule of the land under the Magna Carta.
