Hello!

To solve this we need to convert. We know:

1 gallon = 8 pints

Now, we need to multiply to get our answer.

8 × 5 = amount of pints in 5 gallons of juice.
8 × 5 = 40

5 gallons of juice = 40 pints of juice

Hope this helps! :)

For every 1 gallon, there are 8 liquid pints. So if you have 5 gallons you just multiple 5 by 8; which would equal 40 liquid pints.
