Hello there!

Step-by-step explanation:

Slope: [tex]\frac{Y^2-Y^1}{X^2-X^1}=\frac{rise}{run}[/tex]

[tex]\frac{7-5=2}{1-(-3)=1+3=4}=\frac{2}{4}=\frac{2/2}{4/2}=\frac{1}{2}[/tex]

Slope is 1/2

Answer is 1/2

Have a great day!

Hope this helps!
