moles  of  the  sucrose  in  the   reaction  is  given  by    mass  of  sucrose  divided  by  relative  formula  mass  of  sucrose,(mass/R.F.M)
R.F.M  of  sucrose  is  therefore  (12 x12)+(1  x22) +(16 x11)  =343
number of  moles=10g/342=0.029moles (answer  A)
