200(3/2)^x+2  = 700
3/2^x + 2  =700/200  = 7/2
log 3/2^x + 2 = log 7/2
x + 2 log 3/2 = log 7/2
x+ 2  =  log 7/2/log 3/2 
           =0.5440/0.1760= 3.0909
   x = 3.0909  - 2  =  1.0909
