What changes would you like to see in your body as a result of circuit training?

Circuit training is one form of taking care of your body,  endurance training and, resistance training using extreme intense aerobics. It targets strength building OR your muscle endurance. It also has to do with going from one activity to the next. 
Basically its keeping to your scheduled training, not backing out, and making sure you are gaining muscle. You could say, I want to be better at sticking to my schedule, and I'd like to gain more muscle mass.
