To find the inverse of any problem you switch x and y in an equation and solve for the new y.
Doing this we have x=16y^2+1
Now lets solve subtract 1 on both sides
X-1=16y^2, divide by 16
(X-1)/16= y^2, square root both sides
((X-1)^(1/2))/4=y
