Physical surrounding would be where exactly that you are. That would be like you enjoying your actual place of business, not the people in it.
Your mental surroundings is your mental perception of your surroundings.
Your internal surroundings is just a "goofy answer" to throw you off.
Your social surrounding is where you're around others and you're socializing with those you're around.
