What is the steepest line possible and what is its slope?

A slope is a descending line where the X and Y axis are indirectly proportion .For eg(if slope is coming down Y axis gets bigger and X axis gets smaller.

The steepest line possible is the ending point of the graph or any given value(Note this rule may not be logical on algebric graphs)
