There is no wrong answer to this. This is an opinion question. There can be multiple different responses to this question. And therefore, there are no right or wrong answers.

It isn't the best choice. It teaches you how to abstain from sex that's all. But it doesn't teach you how to learn your body, how to communicate with your partner about what you want, or teach you about proper protection. Abstinence is a choice, but it is not the best choice.
