What is the height in meters of a person who is 6 ft 1.0 in. tall? (assume that 1 meter equals 39.37 in.)?

1 foot = 12 inch so 6 feet = 6*12 inch
6 feet = 72 inch

The height of the person in inch is = 72+1 = 73 inch

1 meter.............39.37 in
x meters.......... 73 in

x = 73/39.37 = 1.85 meters
