The roles a family and environment play into risk factors that contribute to bullying and school violence are being rejected or perceived negatively by parents, peers, family, friends and the community they live in, lack of nurturing and emotional support provided by loved ones or those that have been reached out to, or family is socially isolated and lacking in outside support. School, community and residence size can also be school bullying and violence factors.
