3.7÷1.1=3.36363636363636
The place values to the right of the decimal are tenths, hundredths, thousandths, ten-thousandths, and so on.
So the answer to the nearest hundredth is: 3.36
Because the number to the right is below 5, we keep it the same. If it were 5 or above, we would round the 3 to a 4.
