A=2*π*r*h+2*π*r^2

 r = 16/2 = 8

using 3.14 for π since you don't say what to use

2x3.14x8x10 = 502.4

2x3.14x8^2 = 401.92

401.92 + 502.4 = 904.32 cubic ft.

 Round answer as needed
