Water is Hydro itself , Glucose dissolves in water so its hydrophilic , Cl- makes HCl by reacting with water , only Fat is hydrophilic because u cant make a compound or make fat and water react , they dont react and if u put fat in water or water in fat they keep up with a shape dont mix with each other , so fat is hydrophobic
