The Rabbis is the person that leads prayers and gives sermons for the Jewish faith. This person is the teacher of the Torah (the holy book of the Jews). Rabbi came from the Hebrew word "rabi" which means "My Master." All Jewish boys have to undergo such practice of studying the Torah together with the Rabbi so that they would maintain their Jewish practices and traditions in their own families.
