Killer T cells, also known as cytotoxic T cells are the cells of the immune system. These are a type of white blood cells.
These cells perform various functions such as killing the virus-infected cells, damaged cells, and cancerous cells. They are also involved in transplantation rejection as they recognize the MHC I molecules.
However, since they are themselves are a type of white blood cells, they do not kill them.
