In regents of the university of California v. Bakke (1978, the supreme court determined that "RACIAL QUOTAS" were unconstitutional. This Supreme Court ruling has something to do with the admissions process of the University in the Medical School of the University of California at Davis. The Medical School reserved 16 slots out of 100 for minorities who wanted to be a part of their program.
