How you would get it into slope intercept would be adding the 4 to both sides to get y by itself. This makes your equation y=2x+4. Then from what your directions say you would have to pick 3 values to plug into the equation. These values are your x and whatever the answer is when you plug that value in is your y. This will make an order pair (x,y). Then you just have to graph those points on your graph space and connect them with a line.
For instance if you pick 1: 2(1)+4= 2+4= 6. So for x=1 it is (1,6)
