let x and y are toys of tom and bob respectively
x+y=49
y=x+5----(bob hs 5 more toys than tom)
 substitute value of y
x+x+5=49
2x+5=49
2x=49-5
2x=44
x=22----tom has toy
y=27------bob has toy
