a * b = 48
a + b = -14....a = -14 - b

b(-14 - b) = 48
-b^2 - 14b = 48
b^2 + 14b + 48 = 0
(b + 6)(b + 8) = 0

b + 6 = 0
b = -6

b + 8 = 0
b = -8

so ur 2 numbers are : -6 and -8
