f(x)=x+9

f(3) = 3 + 9 = 12

Now, g(x) = 5x

g(-3) = 5(-3) = -15

So,
f(3)+g(-3)  = 12 - 15 = -3

In short, Your Answer would be: Option A

Hope this helps!
