No, Juliet is not a weak character. She was willing to die for her love, she was willing to face her parents and insane cousin who hated Romeo and his family for love. Nothing about these things is weak. When she woke from her deep (fake death) sleep and found Romeo dead she couldn't bare to live without him. Some people may call that weak but it was her way being strong.
