10 minutes 5 seconds is the answer

1584*3= 4752 ft = 9 minutes
4752+396=5148 ft 9 min 45 seconds
leaving 132 ft left which is aprox 20seconds
which = 10 min 5 seconds

5280-4752= 528 ft left
5280 ft = 1 mile 
1584/2= 792 ft =1.5 min
792/2=396 ft = 45 sec
396/2= 198ft = 22.5 sec
