The answer is Merge Cells.
You can combine multiple cells that contain text into one single cell. This process is called cell merging. Merging cells simply means the adjacent cells in the same row or column are thereafter treated as a single cell. To merge cells together, simply select two or more adjacent cells, right click and choose the Merge Cells option.
