Answer: 69.92 Celsius

Explanation:

Enthalpy change = mass of water * specific heat * change in temperature

400g water * 4.18 J/g*celsius * 1.5K = 2.508kJ

2508 J/(138.3g*0.38 J/g*celsius) = 47.72 K

So the copper temperature was lowered by 47.72K/C when placed in water, so 22.2+47.72 = 69.92 Celsius
