lateral surface Area =432cm² and h=18cm

SA=0.5ah+0.5bh+0.5ch

432=0.5h(a+b+c) after factorization

432=0.5×18(a+b+c)

432=9(a+b+c)

432/8=a+b+c

48=a+b+c

ratio 3:4:5

total in ratio is 3+4+5=12

48=a+b+c

12=3+4+5

to make twelve equal to 48, multiply by 4

(12=3+4+5)4

48=12+16+20

the side lengths are 12cm,16cm and 20cm
