Answer:

-2.5x+y=11.5

Step-by-step explanation:

y-4=2.5(x+3)

distribute the 2.5 into the parenthesis

y-4=2.5x+7.5

add 4 to both sides

y=2.5x+11.5

now that it's in slope intercept form it will be easier to get into standard form

now subtract 2.5x from both sides

-2.5x+y=11.5
