I don't think this is college math? 
To find the area, first convert the mixed numbers to improper form: 
3 3/4 = 15/4 & 3 1/3 = 10/3

Now multiply them together: 

15/4 x 10/3 
= 150/12

Depends on what your question asks for (in mixed or improper form) your answer would be: 150/12 yards or 12 1/2 yards
