Using sine law we get --

=> sin A / 7 = sin B / 11

=> Sin B = (11/7) . sin A

=> sin B = ( 11 x sin A ) divided by 7 = 11 sin 20 / 7

=> sin B = 0.537460225

=> Angle ( B ) = sin⁻¹ (0.537460225) = 32.5 degree
