the answer is 14.8 so round down to 14 because she doesnt have enough for 15

Well, we'll have to divide the total quantity, ($18.50) divided by the unit price rate ($1.25), and we'll find out that she could purchase 14.8 movies, so pretty much only 14 movies. :P
