[tex]x^2+y^2=10-6y+25=0[/tex]

[tex]x^2-10x+y^2-6y=-25[/tex]

[tex]now ~add ~25+9 ~ on ~both~ sides[/tex]

[tex](x^2-10x+25)+(y^2-6y+9)=-25+25+9[/tex]

[tex]=(x-5)^2+(y-3)^2=9[/tex]

[tex](x-5)^2+(y-3)=(3)^2[/tex]
