Calculate the base:
[tex] \pi r^{2}[/tex]
Radius, r, is half of 8, so it is 4

3.14 * 4^2 = 3.14 * 16 = 50.24

Then, volume, which is base * height
50.24 * 12 = 602.88 cm ^3

It can hold 602.88 cubed CM of milk.
