Air flows counterclockwise and inward for all low pressure systems in the Northern Hemisphere and clockwise and inward in the Southern Hemisphere. And high pressure systems flow clockwise and outward in the Northern Hemisphere and in the Southern Hemisphere they flow counterclockwise and outward.
