The correct answer of the given statement above would be FALSE. It is not true that migration doesn't really affect population. Migration affects population because if people come into another place, it changes that place's population. The place that they migrated will have an increase of population, and the place where they left will have a decrease of the population. Increase or decrease, this is still considered as a change.
