Answer:

No. In order to be a right triangle, the lengths of the 2 smaller sides must equal the length of the longest side.

In other words, these 3 sides must work with the Pythagorean theorem.

A^2 + B^2 = C^2

25^2 + 30^2 is NOT 30^2

This is a triangle, just not a right triangle.
