if you set the equation to 0 you will find its quadratic
0=11x^2+x+11
quadradic then has two solutions. to find the solutions you can factor the equation or use the quadradic formula (this one doesn't factor easily so one would use the formula and I can tell you now that it won't be a pretty number)
