Steps:
1. You find the slope of the ordered pairs using the slope formula
Y2-Y1
--------
X2-X1
2. You use the slope and one of the ordered pairs to do the points slope form
Y-Y1=m(x-x1)

For example: (-2, 2) and (4,2)

3. Your slope would be 0 since 0/6=0
