(p o q) = p(q(x))
p(q(x)) = 2(x - 3)^2 - 4(x - 3)
======= 2(x - 3)(x - 3) - 4(x - 3)
======= 2(x^2 - 6x + 9) - 4(x -3)
(p o q) = 2x^2 - 10x + 30
(p o q) = 2[x^2 - 5x + 15]
