Can a single off spring inherit both chromosomes from one parent? explain.

So I should be saying no, because in order for an offspring to be made it needs to be formed from 2 haploid gametes, each with one of each chromosome blah blag blah... However, if a nondisjunction were to occur in the gametes of both parents during meiosis, it is possible that, for example: sex chromosomes, one parent could give two chromosomes and the other could give none. It's rare, but it happens.
