THERE IS MANY FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE:

  • Hyperbole (Exaggeration)
  • Personification (non-person acting like a human)
  • Simile (expresses a comparison between two entities using comparison words) (and uses "like" or "as")
  • Metaphor (same as Simile but you DON'T use "LIKE" OR "AS"
