I think it really depends on what you are doing bc thoses features are only avalible on cetain things, but probably drag and drop.

Drag and drop is just a lot faster than copy and paste. The only thing about drag and drop is it doesn't work somethimes. So if you want something more reliable I would go for copy and paste. Hope this helps :)
