first find out the the approximate measurement of one side .

20÷4 = 5 cm

now you need to do addition and subtraction.

the width is 2cm less than the length

therefore the width = 5 - 2= 3cm

the length is 2cm more

therefore the length = 5 + 2 = 7 cm

7cm+7cm + (3cm ×2 ) = 20 cm .
