Microsoft Excel provides a handy shortcut to automatically resize the width of the cells to fit different length of data without necessity to manually adjust the column width.
To do so, we can just position the mouse cursor over the right border of the column heading and double-clicking it. This will trigger the Auto Fit feature to adjust the width of cells in that column to fit the length of the data.
