What is the equation of a line that is perpendicular to the line that goes through the points (0, -3) and (-3, 12)?

y = 15x + 2
y = (-1/15x) - 8
y = -9x - 7
y = (1/5x) - 3

Slope of the line passing through the points:
m=(12+3)(-3-0)=-5
Slope of the perpendicular: 1/5
