Polar coordinates are given by (r,θ).
Rectangular coordinates are given by (x,y)=(rcos θ,rsin θ)

You are given the r and the
θ.

You need to find
 what 7cos(2π3) is, then find 7sin(2π3).

x=−7/2
y=7
