For this case we have the following system of equations:

[tex]y = -2x + 1\\4x + 2y = -3[/tex]

To solve, we substitute the first equation in the second one:

[tex]4x + 2 (-2x + 1) = - 3\\4x-4x + 2 = -3\\2 = -3[/tex]

The equality is not fulfilled, therefore the system has no solution.

Answer:

Option B

The system has no solution
